We work a tight loop along Onion Creek and IH-35 — Buda is the home base, Kyle is south, Manchaca and South Austin are north, Dripping Springs is west. If you are within ~20 minutes of Buda, ask: we probably already pass your street on a route day.

- Yes, that is the whole idea. Santiago runs the lawn side and Yasuri runs the cleaning side. Most of our customers do both with us, but plenty just do one. Whichever you want.
- Both. We prefer weekly customers because the lawn stays healthier in Buda heat, but we do one-time cuts, vacation coverage, and pre-listing yard prep when it makes sense.
- Buda, Kyle, Manchaca, Dripping Springs, and a slice of south Austin. If you are within ~20 minutes of Buda, ask — we probably already pass your street on a route day.
- Monthly billing on a flat rate works for most people. We invoice on the 1st for the month ahead. Per-visit is fine too if you prefer it.
- Yes — general liability on every crew member, on both the lawn and the cleaning side. Happy to send the certificate to your property manager or HOA.
- We push to the next dry day, usually within 24 to 48 hours. You will hear from us before the slip. Cleaning visits go on schedule rain or shine.
- That is us — Buda Nextdoor Neighborhood Favorite in 2022 and 2023. We try not to lean on it too hard, but it is nice to be able to point at.
